Not enough hours in the day? I totally understand this phenomena! By the time you take the kiddos to school, dash off to work, prepare dinner, get kiddos ready for bed, etc, there just are not enough hours in the day to jet to the gym.
After a busy weekend of travel and parties, all of course being fun, I am a little exhausted today. With travel in between six locations the "sitting" got to me and my back is a little sore. Nontheless, here is my workout that helped me get back on track today.
